Mainland China has been emerging strongly from the financial crisis based on its fast economic growth and reform in the past decade. In view of its increasingly important role in the global financial market, TMA will organise a Treasury Markets Summit in Beijing on Friday, 15 October 2010 in the Westin Beijing Hotel (Financial Street) to review the situation.
This upcoming Summit, co-organised with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), will be held for the third time in Beijing following the previous success of 2007 and 2009. The last two Summits received overwhelming response from the senior professionals from financial and monetary institutions, leading corporations and regulators of the Mainland.
Senior officials of HKMA & Mainland regulators including Mr. Norman Chan, Honorary President of TMA and Chief Executive of HKMA and Mr. Liu Mingkang, Chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission have been invited to speak.
