TMA organised a briefing on the supervisory principles and operational arrangements regarding RMB business in Hong Kong in March 2010. Response to the briefing had been overwhelming. We are now organising another briefing for members to share the latest expansion of RMB banking business in Hong Kong .
We are delighted to have Ms. Carmen Chu, Executive Director, External Department, Hong Kong Monetary Authority to share her valuable insights on this topic. Ms. Chu is responsible for international affairs relating to multilateral agencies and central bank co-operation, China research and financial market integration issues, as well as the HKMA's overseas office in New York.
