To continue serving the community, TMA has been making efforts to support the Child Development Fund (CDF) since 2008 as requested by the Government of HKSAR. This is much a goodwill exercise to reflect our corporate social responsibility despite the global financial crisis. In response to TMA’s appeal, ICAP Ltd., an Institutional Member of the TMA, generously donated around HKD 1,000,000 to the Fund in 2009 for promoting the longer-term personal development of children from a disadvantaged background.
At the cheque presentation ceremony held on 24 February 2010, Mr. Moses Cheng who represented the Child Development Matching Fund (CDMF), a strategic partner of the CDF, has received the donation from ICAP Ltd. Such efforts will be continued as far as possible. Members are encouraged to join.
