In April 2019, the Treasury Markets Association (“TMA”) launched a consultation on several technical refinements to HKD Overnight Index Average (“HONIA”).  The consultation closed on 7 May 2019.  The feedback received from the consultation, as well as the TMA’s responses, are summarised in the consultation conclusion.  The consultation conclusion can be obtained from here.
