We are delighted to have invited Ms. Virginia Siu, Communications Manager, Financial Dispute Resolution Centre, to share with members the development of mediation and arbitration in Hong Kong with synopsis as follows:
1) What are mediation and arbitration?
2) How do mediation and arbitration work in financial dispute resolution?
3) What are the mediation and arbitration procedures in the FDRC?
4) Case sharing.
