Postponement

In view of the latest development of the Novel Coronavirus outbreak, captioned seminar will be postponed until further notice.

At the request of the FSB's Official Sector Steering Group (OSSG), ISDA is leading global work to implement fallbacks for LIBOR, EURIBOR and other key IBORs (including HIBOR) in derivative documentation. ISDA and its members are also working to build derivatives markets in the alternative risk-free rates on a going forward basis and to address risks of legacy portfolios, including in particular legacy portfolios that reference LIBOR and EURIBOR.

Against this background, TMA is delighted to have invited Ms. Jing Gu, Senior Counsel, International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA), as the speaker. Ms Gu will cover ISDA’s work and touch on how all the different initiatives fit together within the cleared and non-cleared derivatives markets.
