To minimize the risk of spreading the coronavirus, the captioned seminar scheduled on 7 September will be conducted in the format of a webinar. Upon successful registration, registrants will receive a confirmation email with a specific link to access the webinar 2 days before the seminar.


Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of the key enablers to support digital transformation which is on the roadmap of many organisation to improve business outcome.    How to introduce RPA into your organization? What are the challenges?  How do you transform your team to become human-bot workforce? Against this background, TMA is delighted to have invited Ms Alison Sim, Business Consultant, to share with Members her insights on RPA with a business case.

Alison is a hands-on professional with over 20 years of experience in Project Management specialising in process optimisation and digital business transformation. Alison was instrumental in launching a Business Process Outsourcing Shared Service Center on two continents, and the launching of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence in Hong Kong.

 

Alison has project management experience from different industries including a UK based software start-up, which expanded into Australia, a Swiss based media sales and publishing organisation, an outsourced human resources vendor and insurance.


Participants are entitled to receive 1.5 CPD (TMA) credits upon completion of the seminar. TMA is the administrator for the Enhanced Competency Framework on Treasury Management (ECF-TM) and a recognized institution of Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) for providing continuing professional development (CPD) activities. The CPD hours can be used to meet the CPD requirements of the ECF-TM and the SFC. To qualify for the CPD credit or attendance certificate of the webinar, all participants have to show their registered full names (same names in the registration form) for attendance check.  We regret that neither CPD nor attendance certificate will be given to those who are late for the seminar or leave early. TMA Office will update TMA Individual Members’ CPD record after the seminar is held.
