TMA: Definition of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Activities

In view of the evolving training mode in the industry/markets, to facilitate the fulfilment of CPD requirements for TMA members, please find the below updates on the definition of CPD activities. 

Face-to-face activities

In addition to participating in CPD activities at physical venue, attending online trainings conducted live and interacting with speakers/instructors during these activities are recognized as face-to-face learning activities. 

E-learning activities

Attending online training courses without interaction with speakers/instructors or viewing video playback of the courses are regarded as e-learning activities.

Self-study activities

Reading of financial press or journal, technical, professional or business literature or textbook are regarded as self-study activities.
